An insight into our Customer Service Department

Excellent customer service is of utmost importance to us at BM Stafford and our Customer Services department are here to ensure that every customer has a great experience when dealing with us.

The Customer Services team are based at our office in Hetton-le-Hole and are a key link between our customers and our operational team.  For the majority of our customers, the customer services team will be the first point of contact.  Handling incoming calls and emails from both customers and suppliers, they have input at each stage of the consignment journey from managing customer bookings to providing real time updates on shipments.

“Our Customer Service department is fundamental in ensuring that our customers have the best possible experience when working with us.  This is why we are always looking to invest in this department and have recently recruited four new personnel to this team.  Having a dedicated Customer Service team who are committed to always ensuring that the customer is at the front of everything we do, is what helps set us apart from others” says Commercial Manager, Andrew Darroch.
